Covelli & Piscione Law Offices, P.C has been serving Pittsburgh's local communities more than 40 years. Covelli & Piscione Law Offices P.C. has gained a reputation for responsive action and strategic, cost-effective legal support. Our legal team routinely handles litigation and matters in both state and federal courts, and has successfully handled matters in numerous Southwestern Pennsylvania Counties, including but not limited to: Allegheny County; Armstrong County; Butler County; Fayette County; Indiana County; Washington County; and Westmoreland County.


Joseph P. Covelli founded Covelli Law Offices P.C. in 1981, and successfully managed the Firm for almost 40 years. In 2014, Natalie Piscione joined the firm as an associate attorney. In 2020, Natalie Piscione assumed ownership of Covelli Law Offices P.C. and established Covelli & Piscione Law Offices, where she strives to continue to provide the community with quality legal services.  Natalie manages a dedicated legal team of ten (10) professionals, consisting of attorneys, three (3) paralegals, a legal secretary, a business manager, and a bookkeeper.

  • Natalie Piscione, President of Covelli & Piscione Law Offices, leads her experienced staff in various legal areas, including estate planning and administration, elder law care, creditor’s rights/Credit Union matters, real estate property disputes, civil litigation, contracts, business law and formation, and domestic relations. 
  • Natalie grew up in North Huntingdon, and pursued her studies in science and the law at a local Pittsburgh University. She joined Covelli & Piscione Law Offices P.C. in 2014.

  • Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duquesne University
  • Master of Science – Forensic Science and Law from Duquesne University
  • Natalie regularly handles estate planning, estate probate, creditor’s rights matters, business formation, and domestic relations matters. 
  • Natalie has conducted Credit Union seminars and training regarding legal topics affecting Credit Unions, including mortgage foreclosures, collections & bankruptcy, and Power of Attorney updates in Pennsylvania

Joseph P. Covelli

President Emeritus


Joseph P. Covelli founded Covelli Law Offices P.C. in 1981.


Joe’s academic career began at Thomas Jefferson High School and continued at the University of Pittsburgh, where he obtained a triple Major with honors in Political Science, History, and Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Duquesne University School of Law, where he has served on the Law School Alumni Association Board of Governors. 


Attorney Covelli belonged to the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association, where he was a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, the Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Family Law Section.  He was also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Joe was very active with the Pennsylvania Credit Union movement and has conducted seminars regarding legal topics affecting Credit Unions, including repossessions, death issues, collections, bankruptcy, personnel concerns, and more.


Joe is the past President of the West Jefferson Hills Chamber of Commerce and Rotary, and a Founding Board Member of the West Jefferson Hills Historical Society.


Over the years, community publications have repeatedly recognized Joe and his Firm for providing outstanding legal services. 


Joe enjoys regularly communicating with the Staff at the Office and receiving updates on the Pittsburgh legal community.

Tiffany Worosz

Associate Attorney


  • Graduate of Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law - University Park
  • Undergraduate Degree:
  • Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina
  • Before joining our team, Tiffany served as the Director of the Legal English Certificate Program and was an Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at Pennsylvania State University Dickenson School of Law- University Park.

  • United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
  • Membership:
  • Allegheny County Bar Association; Member of Corporate Banking & Business Law Section; and Member of Probate & Trust Law Section

When she is not at work, Tiffany enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her husband and children.

Katrina Eichstaedt

Associate Attorney


  • Graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School
  • Master’s of Law (LLM) in Corporate Law and Financing
  • Undergraduate Degree:
  • Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan
  • Katrina originally came to Pennsylvania as an Oil and Gas Title Abstract Attorney, where she completed multiple full title abstracts. She then transitioned into practicing real estate law, where she became a licensed title agent, researching and reviewing title searches and conducting multiple closings for the sale of real estate.

Seth Penner

Associate Attorney


  • Graduate of Duquesne University School of Law
  • Undergraduate Degree:
  • Bachelors of Arts in Criminology from The Pennsylvania State University
  • Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University
  • During Law School, Seth served on the Law Review as a Junior Staff Member and on the Editorial Board as an Associate Editor. He also earned roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant to the Director of the Legal Research & Writing Program, where he further developed his legal research and writing skills.
